Item Prices & Quantities
All prices include any discounts and are listed for single units for the specified pack size. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are the total price for the item(s), exclusive of GST or any freight costs. Prices may be changed without notice; however, prices are firm on any order confirmed by B&C Fashion Ltd and paid in full. The minimum order quantity for the item shall be specified in the item description.

Goods Claims
Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Payment terms and Methods
Payment can be made online or by cheque. However, we will deliver to FIRST-TIME customers only after payment has cleared.

The regular order customer (Monthly over $500) shall have discount once customer make payment in due time for the 1st 3 month. The payment shall be made within a maximum of 3 months from the invoice date.

If payment is delayed, a late interest of 19% shall be applied. If payment is overdue by more than 6 months from the invoice date, the payment authority shall be passed to a "Debt Collecting Company". Then, Customer shall pay all the costs incurred by "Debt Collecting Company".

Privacy Act Authorization
The customer hereby authorizes Mercury to obtain any credit information it may require. I / We further authorize Mercury to furnish any third party with details of this application and any subsequent dealings that we may have as a result of this credit application being acted.

Conditions of Trades
1. Ownership and title to any and all goods supplied by Mercury shall remain with Mercury until such time as the customer has made payment in full for all goods supplied to the customer.

2. In the event of payment not being received by the due date, the Customer will be liable for any and all costs incurred by Mercury in pursuing settlement of the debt, including all costs and fees of any third-party debt collection agency and/or Court.

Personal Guarantee and security

I / We warrant all particulars provided by me/us are true and correct. I/ We request you to open an account for the company named above. If I / We are unable to pay for the goods supplied to the customer the undersigned agrees to guarantee payment to B&C Fashion Limited including debt recovery costs.I/ We confirm that the information supplied in this form is correct and that I/We have read, understand and accept the Conditions of Trade set out above.
